I am a passionate and certified Yoga and talking therapist, proudly registered with the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (C.N.H.C). With over 25 years of teaching and training experience, my journey began as a personal trainer and group class instructor, but I rediscovered my love for yoga during a chaotic time in my life when I needed it most!
I've witnessed firsthand the incredible holistic benefits of yoga for physical, mental, and emotional health, and I'm dedicated to helping others find that balance and strength. My journey has only deepened, and I’m excited to share the powerful connection between the mind, body, and heart for healing and wellness.
Currently completing my diploma in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and graduating the B.A.C.P Psychospiritual counselling course, I lead classes that creatively combine yoga and talking therapy in an engaging, intuitive style tailored to your needs. Together, we’ll cultivate a safe and inclusive environment where you can relax, restore, and rebalance.
